+Aarchitects has won the 2009 MSCA STARR Award for the multi-tenant "Harmar Outlot Building" at Harmar Mall in Roseville, MN.  The project, winning for the category Best "Design & Aesthetics: Shopping Centers under 25,000 sf.", was cited as.....

"...one of the first steps in Emmes Realty Services’ plan to re-brand the Harmar Mall.  It sits as a successful and creative example of a two-front, street-front, retail outlot.  As an architectural sign, the speculative building aggressively announces a new image for the mall: pedestrian friendly, accessible, warm, but a cool place to be.

+Aarchitects has completed several "SAVERS" prototype application stores in Kansas, Ohio and Wisconsin.  The latest 33,690 sf store in Columbia Heights, MN, is currently open for business.

+Aarchitects is architect of record, teaming with Rothweilor Group, on the San Antonio Spurs AT&T Center HEB Fanzone Area in San Antonio, TX.  The ice house bar addition/renovation is currently under construction.
