+Aarchitects has completed a new 6,830 sf freestanding multi-tenant "Outlot Building" at Harmar Mall in Roseville, MN. The main tenant, "D'Amico & Sons" is currently under construction and is set to open for business in Fall of 2008.
+Aarchitects has completed a new 21,643 sf "Staples" store at Harmar Mall in Roseville, MN. The store is currently under construction and is set to open for business in November 2008.
+Aarchitects has completed a new 3,717 sf "Beef O'Brady's Family Pub" at Harmar Mall in Andover, MN. The end-cap restaurant is currently under construction and is set to open for business late 2008. This is Aarchitects' third Beef O'Brady's, with previous locations at Waconia, MN and Northfield, MN.
